This site will give you information from a source and ask you to re-word it.  It will then give you a correct answer.  Your goal is to be similar to the correct answer given, but it does not have to be exactly the same.

These are the guidelines for how much of a song you can use in your project, how much of a movie, etc.

Figure out how much of a song you can use:

If you use your own music from your own CDs or MP3s, then...
 *Use 10% or less of any song! 
 *Use no more than 30 seconds of any song!
 *Cite it!

FYI - All of the following are considered plagiarism:

* turning in someone else's work as your own
* copying words or ideas from someone else without giving credit
* failing to put a quotation in quotation marks
* giving incorrect information about the source of a quotation
* changing words but copying the sentence structure of a source without giving credit
* copying so many words or ideas from a source that it makes up the majority of your work, whether you give credit or not
